The needs of every one of our guests have been carefully considered. Accessibility of all of our spaces is of the utmost importance, ensuring inclusivity and equal access to all guests, regardless of their physical abilities.

We take pride in prioritising accessibility to provide a truly welcoming environment where every guest feels valued and accommodated. Mercure Penrith recognises and addresses the needs of all of our guests through our room design, facilities throughout the hotel including public areas and through services we have on offer.

Accessibility Initiatives

 

The hotel has three accessible rooms including two Superior King Rooms  and one Superior Twin Room with two double beds. The Superior King Room can also be split into two single beds if required. All rooms have bathrooms and furniture designed to allow ease of movement.

All public areas have step-free entranceways and accessible public toilets which are unlocked.

Assistance animals are welcome for the duration of a guest’s stay. Guests will need to provide the appropriate documentation for the assistance animal.

Lift buttons have tactile surfaces and lights to indicate the selected floor. 

Access to function spaces at Panthers Penrith Leagues Club can be provided through an accessible connecting door direct from Mercure Penrith.
